A diffusion model is a type of generative model that learns to generate data by reversing a gradual noising process. Starting from pure noise, the model iteratively denoises to produce realistic outputs. Diffusion models power text-to-image systems (Stable Diffusion, DALL-E 3), video generation (Sora), audio generation, and 3D content creation. They have largely replaced GANs as the dominant generative paradigm.

Mô hình khuếch tán là loại mô hình tổng hợp học cách tạo dữ liệu bằng cách đảo ngược quá trình nhiễu dần. Bắt đầu từ nhiễu thuần, mô hình khử nhiễu lặp lại để tạo ra đầu ra thực tế. Mô hình khuếch tán cung cấp năng lượng cho hệ thống văn bản-hình ảnh (Stable Diffusion, DALL-E 3), tạo video (Sora), tạo âm thanh và tạo nội dung 3D.
