Definition (English):

Fast Gradient Sign Method (FGSM) generates adversarial examples by adding perturbation proportional to the gradient of the loss function with respect to the input. It is a single-step attack: x_adv = x + ε * sign(∇J(θ,x,y)). FGSM is fast but produces visible perturbations. It is the foundational adversarial attack that revealed neural network vulnerability to small, crafted perturbations.

Định nghĩa (Tiếng Việt):

Fast Gradient Sign Method (FGSM) tạo ví dụ đối kháng bằng cách thêm nhiễu tỷ lệ với gradient của hàm loss theo đầu vào. Đây là tấn công một bước: x_adv = x + ε * sign(∇J(θ,x,y)). FGSM nhanh nhưng tạo nhiễu nhìn thấy được. Đây là tấn công đối kháng nền tảng đã phát hiện lỗ hổng mạng nơ-ron với nhiễu nhỏ được tạo có chủ đích.
