Definition (English):

3D reconstruction is the process of capturing the shape and appearance of real objects from a set of images or videos. Techniques include structure from motion (SfM), multi-view stereo, LiDAR scanning, and neural radiance fields (NeRF). 3D reconstruction is used in autonomous vehicles, AR/VR, digital twins, cultural heritage preservation, and industrial inspection.
