Tasks: named entity recognition (diseases, medications, procedures), assertion status (present, absent, family history), relation extraction, phenotyping, coding (ICD-10, SNOMED CT). Models: ClinicalBERT, BioBERT, PubMedBERT, Med-BERT. Challenges: abbreviations, negation, temporal reasoning, privacy (PHI).

Clinical NLP trích xuất thông tin có cấu trúc từ văn bản lâm sàng phi cấu trúc: ghi chú bác sĩ, tóm tắt xuất viện, báo cáo X-quang, bệnh lý. Nhiệm vụ: nhận diện thực thể có tên (bệnh, thuốc, thủ thuật), trạng thái khẳng định (có, không, tiền sử gia đình), trích xuất quan hệ, phenotyping, mã hóa (ICD-10, SNOMED CT). Mô hình: ClinicalBERT, BioBERT, PubMedBERT, Med-BERT. Thách thức: viết tắt, phủ định, lý luận thời gian, quyền riêng tư (PHI).
