Definition (English):

Image segmentation is the process of dividing a digital image into multiple segments (sets of pixels, also known as image objects). The goal is to simplify and/or change the representation of an image into something that is more meaningful and easier to analyze. Types include semantic segmentation, instance segmentation, and panoptic segmentation. Key models include U-Net, Mask R-CNN, and SAM (Segment Anything Model).

Phân đoạn hình ảnh là quá trình chia hình ảnh kỹ thuật số thành nhiều phần (tập hợp pixel, còn gọi là đối tượng hình ảnh). Mục tiêu là đơn giản hóa và/hoặc thay đổi biểu diễn hình ảnh thành thứ có ý nghĩa hơn và dễ phân tích hơn. Các loại bao gồm phân đoạn ngữ nghĩa, phân đoạn phiên bản và phân đoạn toàn cảnh. Các mô hình chính bao gồm U-Net, Mask R-CNN và SAM (Segment Anything Model).
