Definition (English):

t-Distributed Stochastic Neighbor Embedding is a nonlinear dimensionality reduction technique for visualizing high-dimensional data in 2D or 3D. It preserves local structure by converting similarities to probabilities and minimizing KL divergence. t-SNE excels at revealing clusters and local patterns but is computationally expensive and non-deterministic. UMAP is a popular faster alternative with better global structure preservation.

t-Distributed Stochastic Neighbor Embedding là kỹ thuật giảm chiều phi tuyến để trực quan hóa dữ liệu nhiều chiều trong 2D hoặc 3D. Nó bảo toàn cấu trúc cục bộ bằng cách chuyển đổi sự tương đồng thành xác suất và tối thiểu hóa phân kỳ KL. t-SNE xuất sắc trong việc tiết lộ cụm và mẫu cục bộ nhưng tốn kém tính toán và không deterministic. UMAP là thay thế nhanh hơn phổ biến với bảo toàn cấu trúc toàn cục tốt hơn.
