Definition (English):

A Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) is a class of artificial neural networks where connections between nodes form a directed graph along a temporal sequence. RNNs have internal state (memory) that processes sequences of inputs. They are particularly useful for sequential data like text, speech, and time series. However, traditional RNNs suffer from the vanishing gradient problem, which led to the development of LSTM and GRU architectures.

Mạng nơ-ron hồi quy (RNN) là lớp mạng nơ-ron nhân tạo trong đó các kết nối giữa các nút tạo thành đồ thị có hướng dọc theo chuỗi thời gian. RNN có trạng thái nội tại (bộ nhớ) xử lý chuỗi đầu vào. Chúng đặc biệt hữu ích cho dữ liệu chuỗi như văn bản, giọng nói và chuỗi thời gian. Tuy nhiên, RNN truyền thống gặp vấn đề gradient tanh, dẫn đến phát triển kiến trúc LSTM và GRU.
